Observatory Sciences has written EPICS support modules for three Attocube devices. All software is available for download as gzipped tar files or as Windows zip files.
NOTE: The drivers below should be considered legacy and are no longer actively supported. The original versions are all still available here for downloading. However the ANC350 is now actively supported by ISIS and the latest version can be accessed from github:

The Attocube ECC100 Motion Controller is a state-of-the-art motion controller, allowing the simultaneous operation of up to three positioners from Attocube’s industrial ECS drive series. It can be controlled through an Ethernet interface.

The Attocube FPS3010 Interferometric Displacement Sensor is a fully automated interferometric displacement sensor, used in conjunction with sensor heads (or optical collimators). It can be controlled through an Ethernet interface.

The Attocube ANC350 Piezo Motion Controller is a closed loop positioning and scanning system which can be used for up to six nano positioners and scanners. It can be controlled through an Ethernet interface.
